Finance & Accounting BPO is a newly added department to provide outsourced finance & accounting services to international clients including Australian Accounting Firms and other Finance Organizations/Departments.
The Company is looking to build a skilled & experienced team for the rapid expansion of the Finance & Accounting BPO department. We are looking for 1 Senior Accountant, 1 Intermediate Accountant and 1 Junior Accountant to commence working for Australian Accounting Firm clients immediately.
2. Position overview
The Senior Accountant/Manager is responsible for leading the Finance & Accounting BPO department with the management of client’s workflows and deliverables. The Senior Accountant/Manager is also responsible for building a rapidly growing team and providing training and supervising the team of junior staff members.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a large Accounting Firm or a large corporate organization in Vietnam or similar experience in providing outsourced accounting services to international clients.

2. Position overview
The Senior Accountant/Manager is responsible for leading the Finance & Accounting BPO department with the management of client’s workflows and deliverables. 3. Key responsibilities
a. Accounting & Taxation
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure client work is completed accurately in a timely manner
- Review and manage the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnership, companies, SMSF
- Review and manage the preparation and lodgement of BAS/IAS and FBT, CGT, GST, Div7a, PSI matters
- Review and manage the preparation and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
- Review and manage all virtual CFO tasks for clients including payroll, accounts payable/ receivable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations & coding and management reporting
- Build and manage robust work planning, work procedures, workpapers and templates to ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are delivered accurately, high standard, and on-time for our clients
- Conduct regular virtual client meetings
b. People
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing new staff members for Finance & Accounting BPO department regularly as required
- Working alongside closely with Australian Management team to onboarding new staff members to clients smoothly and timely
- Provide effective coaching and mentoring to direct reports, ensuring that KPIs met and deal with performance or behavioural issues as soon as reasonably practicable
- Proactively ensure that development plans are reviewed, discussed and undertaken to ensure adequate management and upskilling of employees to provide for short- and long-term succession planning
- Demonstrate and drive values and behaviours across the Finance & Accounting BPO team that support the innovative, collaborative, respectful and inclusive culture that we have worked to create
c. Other
- Assist with the development and use of best practice policies, work procedures and tools that ensure that Goodland maintains strong fiscal management controls and practices
- Completion of special projects, as required
- Any other duties and ad-hoc tasks to ensure deliverables required of the Finance & Accounting BPO department are met as directed by the CEO, and MD.

- Proficient with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks
