How to get effective learning?????

Just wondering how much percentage meaning you who CFA book readers currently catch after reading materials. I myself really feel bored with my ability to understand book clearly from its root. I put so many questions in www.analystforum.com for people to help me explain. Then, after everything turns to be clear i feel so stupid and silly! I even feel difficult with a very simple thing. Said fundamental. Need more energy to continue or stop pursuing.

Come on! Jonicute. The most effective thing you have been doing is you turn all those readings become your own knowledges, and once those are yours, you will never forget.
First time of reading you might get about some %, but I am sure that in next time you will get much much more %. That is great and I am sure that you will pass CFA. Keep balance of studying and relaxing for refreshing, then you will not feel of bore or tired.

No no no no ketoan@... I am ok. I would say i am completely ok. My BIG problems are:

1/ No financial background (i have some fundamental knowledge of macro and micro econ only as you have seen)
2/ Less working experience in this field (i am newbie. what i worked 7 months before are sales, marketing, import export, merchandise ... something like that)
3/ Less time to concentrate on self-study because "i work all night i work all day to pay the bill i have to pay end of every months"
4/ Not be ready to sit for exam 2008 both June and Dec so i dont need to learn too hard
5/ Have never finish any CFA study notes accept for book 3 about FSA (now reading book 4) because they relate in work currently

I have just started. I have long way to continue. I am just so ok!!! Never want to surrender! But i really feel sad when catching only a little after invest too much time on reading study note. Anytime i want to dig deeply the root of the problem, i feel asleep.

That is all my things.

Anyway, thank you for your appraisal! I will try and you will see

anh ( chị) jonicute ơi, cứ gọ là anh nha, vì em linh cảm là thế, em cũng mong muốn học CFA và đang tìm hiểu về nó. học phú và lệ phí thi tương đương với ACCA mà em nhận thấy CFA hộp với em hhơn, tồng thiệt hại gần 7300 usd, cũng mắc wá, Em cũng đang học CAT để làm tiêng đề học CFA nữa, nếu anh tụe học thì cho em tham gia học cùng đc ko anh? email cùa em là: thuthuy.1288@gmail.com. rất mong anh sẽ hồi âm
