Công ty mẹ của mình có đề cập đến thuật ngữ Quasi Capital, mà mình ko rõ thuật ngữ này lắm, và dường như hình thức tài trợ vốn này ko có ở Việt Nam.

Các bạn có kinh nghiệm vui lòng giúp mình thuật ngữ này với nhé.
