câu1 mình nghĩ ok rồi nhưng câu 2 mình lại nghĩ ntn:
TNCT = 1000-(600-30)=430tr (mình nghĩ khoản trợ cấp cn kk k ợc tính vào chi phí được trừ)
tntt= 430*28%=120,4 ( tn sau khi đã nộp thuế ở nơi góp vốn không được tính là thu nhập miễn thuế)
mọi người xem đúng k hộ với

ui,mình ko biết là các bạn còn nhớ trong toptic này có bạn đã giải bài 2 của đè thi viết môn tin học la:
câu 2:
Xâu bit gốc 110011101 tương ứng với đa thức M(x) = x8 + x7 + x4 + x3+ x2 + 1.
Đa thức sinh G(x) = x3 + x + 1 tương ứng với xâu bit 1011 (r=3).
xrM(x) = 110011101000.
Ta tính checksum như sau:
Kết quả:
Checksum = 101
Xâu bit được truyền đi trên mạng là:
T(x) = 110011101101.
Đa thức thương là: Q(x) = 111010011.
Đa thức dư là: R(x) = Checksum = 101.
nhung mình thấy bạn ấy thực hiện phếp chia nhị phân( modul 2) chưa đc đúng lắm thì phải. Mặt khác thuật toán Hamming( sửa lỗi sai) phải là: Đa thức truyền T(x)=X^r.M(x) - R(x).
Vậy:
x^r.M(x)/G(x)=110011101000/1011=100101100 và Dư=100
ta đc: Q(x)= 100101100 và R(x) = 100 và T(x) =11001110000

mình làm như vậy ko bit thế nào, mời các bạn chỉ giáo nhé

Tài sản cố định hình thành từ NSNN và hàng năm trích KH TSCĐ, và giảm trừ nguồn hình thành TSCĐ từ NSNN. Mình nghĩ ko được xem là chi phí được trừ khi tính thuế TNDN đâu bạn ah. Vì chi phí và nguồn để mua sắm tài sản đều từ NSNN, và bạn phải quyết toán vào cuối năm.

Tks nhé! Câu 1 mình hiểu rồi. Nhưng câu 2, 3 thu nhập tính thuế dưới mức quy định mà. Mình mới học phần này nên có gì k phải thông cảm nhe! Hi

Câu 2:
Lương thu nhập hàng tháng bà M: 10tr/d. Tổng thu nhập tiền lương cả năm là : 120 tr/d
Những khoản giảm trừ gia cảnh:
+ Bản thân bà M: 4 triệu * 12 tháng = 48
+ Nuôi con nhỏ: 1,6 triệu * 12 =19,2
Thu nhập chịu thuế : 120 - (48 +19,2) = 53.8 triệu đồng ==> áp dụng biểu thức lũy tiến từng phần thuộc bậc 1
Thuế TNCN của Bà M pải nộp trong năm là: 53.8 *5% = 2.69 triệu đồng
Câu 3: Tổng tiền thu nhập cả năm của Anh H là: 4,5 * 12 + 5 = 59
Những khoản giảm trừ gia cảnh:
+ Bản thân Anh H: 4 *12 = 48 triệu đồng
Vậy thu nhập chịu thuế: 59 - 48 = 11 . áp dụng biểu thức lũy tiến từng phần thuộc bậc 1
Thuế TNCN Anh H pải nộp trong năm là: 11 triệu * 5% = 0.55 triệu = 550 ngàn đồng
=========> bạn quay ngược trở lại những trang trước là có đáp án và giải thích rất rõ ràng
