chị ơi, em không hiểu phần trích trước chi phí sửa chữa lớn TSCĐ. Trích trước là 50tr, nhưng trong năm chi phí sửa chữa phát sinh là 30tr, vậy phần trích thừa chưa chi hết k được tính vào chi phí được trừ ----> phải bỏ 20tr ra chứ ạ.
Chi phí được trừ: 700-20 =680tr
TNCT : 1000-680 =320
thuế : 320 *28% =89,6tr

chị ơi, em không hiểu phần trích trước chi phí sửa chữa lớn TSCĐ. Trích trước là 50tr, nhưng trong năm chi phí sửa chữa phát sinh là 30tr, vậy phần trích thừa chưa chi hết k được tính vào chi phí được trừ ----> phải bỏ 20tr ra chứ ạ.
Chi phí được trừ: 700-20 =680tr
TNCT : 1000-680 =320
thuế : 320 *28% =89,6tr

Hình như theo quy định chi phí sửa chữa lớn TSCĐ thì sẽ được cộng vào TSCĐ để khấu hao, chứ đâu thể quăng cả cục vào chí phí trong năm? Bạn nào có thông tư chi tiết vấn đề này gửi mọi người xem được không ạ?

Mình đang thắc mắc về khoảng tgian từ 1/8/N đến 31/3/ N+1 mà ko fải trong cùng 1năm nên ko biết số thuế này tính cho năn N hay năm N+1.Với tgian tính thuế TNCN là 8 tháng có đúng ko?
Cái nưã là tiền thuê nhà tính 15% trong tổng số TNCT, ở đây mình làm 15% cuả tiền công, ko biết có cộng cả những TNCT khác nưã ko?

Có thể phân bổ trong 3 năm. đề bài ko nói gì thì cho 1 năm cũng ko sao nếu số tiền ko lớn mà sang năm vẫn phải sửa chữa cơ mà. Còn sửa chữa lớn TSCĐ ko phải cái nào cũng cho vào nguyên giá để khấu hao đâu. phải có các văn bản quyết định và sự thay đổi do sửa chữa làm thay đổi nhiều của TSCĐ, nói nôm na là thế

Có thể phân bổ trong 3 năm. đề bài ko nói gì thì cho 1 năm cũng ko sao nếu số tiền ko lớn mà sang năm vẫn phải sửa chữa cơ mà. Còn sửa chữa lớn TSCĐ ko phải cái nào cũng cho vào nguyên giá để khấu hao đâu. phải có các văn bản quyết định và sự thay đổi do sửa chữa làm thay đổi nhiều của TSCĐ, nói nôm na là thế

How can we keep our teeth healthy? First we ought to visit our dentist twice a year. He can fill the small holes in our teeth before they destroy the teeth. He can examine our teeth to check that they are growing in the right way. Unfortunately, many people wait until they have toothache before they see a dentist. Secondly, we should brush our teeth with a toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day, once after breakfast and once before we go to bed. We can also use wooden toothpicks to clean between our teeth after a meal. Thirdly, we should eat food that is good for our teeth and our body: milk, cheese, fish, bread, potatoes, red rice, raw vegetables and fresh fruit. Chocolate, sweets, biscuits, and cakes are bad, especially when we eat them between meals. They are harmful because they stick to our teeth and cause decay.

In the home robots probably used to do the cleaning, table-laying curbing and washing up, but it’s considered unlike so far that they’ll be used to do the cooking- at least not in a near future. Robots in the home might not be creative enough to do the cooking, plan the meals, and so on.
They would be used as slaves, thereby freeing people to do more of the things they wanted.
