For whom not yet pass level 2 CFA exam 2009, the topics of level 2 exam 2010 just differ from exam 2009 a little bit as follows:
1. Financial Reporting Analysis:
- reading 21 (Intercoporate Investments of exam 2010) = both reading 21 and reading 22
- reading 26 of exam 2010 is Case studies instead of Synthetic in exam 2009
2. Equity:
- reading 33 (Equity valuation), reading 42 (market-based valuation), reading 43 (residual income valuation): second edition (newer edition)
- reading 44 (new) private company valuation
3. Fixed Income topic is the same except not include reading about Europe's Whole Loan Sale
4. Portfolio Management topic is the same except not include reading about Taxes
5. All topics else (Ethical, Quantitative, Economics, Corporate Finance, Alternative, Derivative) are not change
