Need help for Punishment of Late Tax Report. Urgent

Hello David,
based on Vietnamese Tax Laws, you must
1. Pay business license fee every year (2.000.000 vnd per year as minimum)
2. Submit routine tax reports (monthly/quarterly, yearly) when you run business in Vietnam
event there are no business activities. They did right because you did not pay or submit reports ontime.
Therefore, you should arrange to pay it as soon as possible. Otherwise the debt will increase on a daily basis.
To avoid further issues, you can temporarily suspend your business until your project starts. So you don't need to pay and submit what I have listed above.
