Must: Understand law --> know the way to solve conflicts base on the more strict law --> ability to apply law into actual cases --> never ever broken law
Q: Why don't members apply with the most strict law but the more strict law? How is yr ideas about "the more strict law" and "the most strict law"?
:flower1:Independence and Objectivity.
Must use reasonable care and judgment to achieve and maintain independence and objectivity. Must not take any bribery actions that reasonably could be expected to compromise their own or another's independence and objectivity.
Q: How it is defined as "reasonable" or "reasonably"?

Q: I think this regulation is easier said than done, especially in Vietnam currently

Q: Idea is the same as "misrepresentation". Say in VN
