Tách ra 02 trường hợp, có bảo hiểm bồi thường và không có bảo hiểm bồi thường để hạch toán. Tiếng anh tôi dỡ nên câu này hiểu là do hỏa hoạn nên trị giá hàng bị mất là 9.800

Câu 2 này trích lập 5% của 36.500 là 1.825 nhưng do năm trước là ghi nợ 550 nên lúc này trích lập thêm 1.275

Trích khấu hao tới thời điểm đem bán, bên Sin là lấy NG trừ giá trị thu hồi ước tính rồi trích, nhưng mà VN thì lấy NG tính khấu hao đường thẳng thôi. Hạch toán thanh lý TS bình thường.
