Kỳ này có bạn nào thi 3.3 không?

Mình thấy trong examtip của FTC (load từ internet) có Perfomance evaluation-NFPIs. Có bạn nào biết NFPI là gì không, mình chỉ có text book 2006 và trong đó không có nói đến chỉ số này. Ai biết chỉ giùm mình với.
